She has worked with thousands of children, parents, and adults for more than 25 years and advocates for lifelong learning.

Her inspiration in helping others started when she was a struggling single mother who needed to turn her fear into fuel. Her commitment to creating a better life for herself and her son led her to explore various evidence-based therapies, techniques and empowering educational pedagogies. These include Applied Positive Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Positive Intelligence, Music & Drama, Hypnotherapy, Kids Yoga, Life coaching, Enrichment education, Brain-based teaching methodologies, the Goulding Process SleepTalk® – A Proven Parent Solution and more.

Beyond her technical expertise, she has consulted for and starred as ‘Miss Positive’ on Mediacorp, Okto’s CLUB M.A.G.I.C., Singapore’s first preschool T.V. program that ran for 75 episodes.
